the staff were super helpful during my stay and the nice park outside made it perfect for peaceful walks while being just a 25-minute walk from the city center with amazing landmarks like the Cathedral de Santa Maria and Museo Salzillo.

I was frustrated with the noisy party outside the first night, making it impossible to get a decent sleep. After requesting a room change due to the disturbance and smoke smell, I was put in a room with a broken bathroom door that wouldn’t close properly. To top it all off, the lack of basic amenities like a fridge made my stay even more disappointing.

It was just a great match for a short staycation in Murcia with good price-value balance. The hotel is in a great location, right behind a Carrefour, which was perfect for grabbing snacks and breakfast without spending much. Avoiding the high hotel breakfast prices is a smart choice when you can find everything you need nearby.

We were in town for a concert at the Plaza de Toros and chose this place for our stay. The room was a bit worn down with a bathroom door that didn’t fit well, but the staff member who helped us was absolutely fantastic. Despite a few hiccups, it was a comfortable base for our stay, and we appreciated the easy parking just outside.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar and lounge. The staff even helped me retrieve my forgotten jewelry during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

The bathroom lacked a bit of maintenance. the door didn’t fit correctly and caused some inconvenience.

The room was pretty spacious and the bed was super comfy, which was a big plus. The hot shower felt great after a long day. Just a heads up, though. the bathroom felt a bit like a cramped caravan space. the walls were kind of thin, so if you're a light sleeper, that might be a concern. not too shabby for a short stay!

The location was excellent for exploring, close to the tram and with ample eating options nearby. The secure parking was a bonus, especially for our motorcycle. the bathroom door was noisy and the shower had weak water pressure. While one staff member was friendly, another seemed indifferent, impacting the overall experience. Breakfast provided a good variety, including tasty baguettes and fresh coffee.
